ADMISSION PROCEDURES
Students applying to take supplemental courses are those who lack required courses in either medicine, law or other graduate programs.
Application Procedure:
- Applicant must secure an endorsement form at the Admissions office.Requirements:Non-Graduates of 榴莲视频:
- Original Transcript of Records
- Photocopy of Diploma
- Photocopy of NSO Birth certificate
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records
- Photocopy of Diploma
- Photocopy of NSO Birth certificate
- Applicant will then be advised to go to the institute for an interview and evaluation by the Dean / Program Head.
- The successful applicant will be advised to return to AFA for the online registration.
New Applicants
Register and apply in the online admission application through the Admissions Website
- Open the registered email account & read instructions sent by Netsuite
- Log In.
- Slide cursor over to 鈥淎dmission鈥� tab then select 鈥淔ill out-admission form鈥�.
- Open the registered email account and read instructions sent by Netsuite.

- Log-in to Student Central
- username: studentnumber@feu.edu.ph
- password: last 4 digits of the applicant鈥檚 student number followed by the last characters of his/her family name, ALL CAPS.
- Slide cursor over to 鈥淢ake Request鈥� tab
- Select and apply for 鈥淩e-Admission鈥�
- Wait for the approval of the Re-Admission request. Status can be checked under 鈥淰iew Request鈥� tab.
- Once approved, applicant must go to 鈥滱dmission tab鈥� select 鈥淎dmission Form鈥� then 鈥淔ill-out Admission Form鈥� (select application type based on the evaluation).
