The empowers students to build a successful future by promoting career readiness, fostering strong industry exposure, and building lasting alumni engagement. Dedicated to guiding Tamaraws throughout their academic journey and beyond, the office operates through four specialized units:
- Career Development and Placement Office: Supports students holistically from their freshman year through graduation, preparing them for both internship opportunities and long-term employment.
- Alumni Relations Office: Fosters lifelong connections and strengthens alumni engagement through meaningful events, support services, and recognition programs.
- Industry Internship and Instruction Office: Facilitates internship placements, expands strategic industry partnerships, and supports high-impact experiential learning opportunities.
- Work Immersion Office: Provides practical experiences for students to apply classroom learning within actual or simulated workplace environments, equipping them for their chosen career pathways.
TamsCONNECT
The TamsCONNECT is an annual initiative of the Career Development Office (CDev), designed as an engaging visual and narrative showcase. It bridges students, scholars, and alumni with its industry partners, employers and grantors. Organized through a collaboration of university offices, it features scholar recognition, industry exhibits, and talks.
Ultimately, the initiative serves as a launchpad for 榴莲视频 students, fostering employability, networking, and direct industry partner engagement.
