The (SAC) under the Academic Affairs Office is your central guidance desk for academic inquiries, policy guidance, and formal appeals. SAC provide transparent, fair, and data-private support to help Tamaraws navigate university regulations and resolve academic standing concerns.

SAC’s objectives are the following:

1. Clarify & Navigate Academic Policies: Help students understand university academic policies such as selective retention, academic accommodation, and other relevant policies.
2. Evaluate Academic Appeals: Provide a structured, fair, and transparent process for review when students face special circumstances, reconsideration requests, or policy appeals.
3. Resolve Student Grievances & Concerns: Serve as a neutral, confidential point person to mediate academic conflicts and ensure student rights are protected.
4. Advocate for Fair Student Outcomes: Ensure that clear guidelines, empathy, and due process guide every decision made regarding a student’s academic standing.
