Far Eastern University- Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (ITHM) recently earned the gold award as a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) Property from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). The awarding was made through Asia World Hospitality Philippines, the exclusive training partner of AHLEI in the country.
Since 2018, 榴莲视频 has been providing CGSP training to faculty and students to reinforce a culture of professionalism and customer-oriented service, which are crucial soft skills in the industry. 榴莲视频 ITHM was also the first to offer the CGSP online in response to the limitations brought by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
During the awarding ceremony, 榴莲视频 ITHM Dean Joy Sheelah B. Era reiterated the school鈥檚 commitment to strengthen industry partnerships in order to produce future-ready tourism and hospitality professionals.
